Taïs Favre was born in 1993 in the beautiful city of Annecy. Set between its famous lake and the French Alps, it is the quintessential French ville. The natural beauty of her surroundings instilled an artistic sensitivity at an early age, which only grew as she matured. Ironically, as is the case for many who grow up in "postcard" towns, she developed an intense desire for travel.

    Her meticulous and  perfectionist nature, drew her to the medium of ink pointillism, a great way to express her creative energy. She fell in love with the process; the precision, the minimalism, slowly building structure and depth, leading to a finished piece that reflects the effort put into it. She does not limit herself however, and continues to grow as an artist, experimenting with different colors, textures and mediums.

    The artist's journey to create a unique style is life long and never-ending, however it is the process that Taïs cherishes. The completion of each work displaying the time and energy required to learn something new about one self.
